Owner Profile     Richard Zona himself, has had more than 18 years experience in managing residential apartment properties and residential tenants. His experience in real estate is extensive, working formerly as a Real Estate Associate and then as a Real Estate Broker in the Century 21 system. He has been trained by the National Apartment Association (NAA) in property management and holds the designation of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from that organization. He also participates in the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds their designation of Apartment Residential Manager (ARM). Richard Zona is fair but firm in dealing with tenants and is extremely knowledgeable in finding ways to bring the property owner the maximum return on his investment.
