Homeowners Association Management
Zona Properties, Inc. is proud to be able to expand its division dedicated to the management of homeowner associations and condominium associations. We take the time to give each association that we manage personal attention when it comes to the individual needs of the homeowners. Our goal is to forge a close working relationship with each community and provide maximum service, keeping in mind that each has their own unique concerns.
Each community is assigned a personal representative from Zona Properties, Inc. who not only meets with the board at all board meetings but goes on-site to make regular inspections of the property and meet with residents to discuss their concerns and problems. Our services include collection of all association fees, maintaining individual bank accounts for the payment of day to day expenses, and the funding of a savings account for future capital expenditures. We maintain periodic communication with all residents to inform them of current information relating to their community. We supervise all employees and provide payroll services if needed. We provide counseling to the board in matters related to current laws and regulations governing their association and prepare reports for the independent accountant preparing the association tax return.
Our fees are very competitive running from between $5.00 – $7.00 per door.
